Job Summary
This position implements labor contract preparation, employee`s compensation (salary table/allowance/condition/calculation/payment), benefit administration (management insurance/ social insurance), PIT, relevant working processes and company's safety rules and other regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and guide others to implement HR works, including time sheet checking, employee relations based on supervisor's instruction.
Payroll, PIT calculation and labour contract control based on company regulation.
Implement and manage tasks relating to company`s insurance.
Implement and manage tasks relating training plan.
Implement the action plan of HRGA team.
Propose improvement for increase of work efficiency.
Experience & Profile
Graduated from College/University, preferably in Human Resource Management.
HRGA experience in manufacturing companies is preferable.
Have good excel, thinking & presentation skills.
Be proactive at work.
Can use basic English.
