I joined the company in 2006 when Hanacans was a Vietnamese company. In 2014, the company was acquired by Showa DenKo Group. During its transformation to become a Japanese company, I was surprised by the meticulous working style, as well as the thinking of Japanese on safety issues. While safety was hardly emphasized in the past, this matter is completely focused since becoming a Japanese company. Safety is one of the top priorities. We always use the words “ Go anzen ni! ”(please be safe) every time to greeting and saying goodbye each other. It is a reminder that is “Work in safety , go home in safety”. Personally, it is very simple but make a deep impression on the employee for the company’s consideration for the safety.

After graduating from University of Foreign Languages, I started my career as a Japanese interpreter and it has been 8 years since I worked in this position. I still work as normal and have not thought to change this working position until joining Hanacans. However, the rotation policy of Hanacans has created a turning point in my career path. Not only being an interpreter, but I was promoted and tried at the new position human resource development and public relations team leader (HRD & PR). Thanks to this opportunity, I discovered my potential and found this job very interesting and suited to my strengths. 
I feel that it is an extremely valuable time at Hanacans that helps me to have a better orientation for my career in the future. I am very proud to be a member of the Hanacans and look forward to accompany the company in the near future.

I love playing sports, especially football. When I was a student, I used to join the class football team and often practice and play every weekend. However, I had to put my passion aside because of my hustle and bustle pace of life; and especially since I work in shift. Fortunately, when working at Hanacans, I sponsored to rent football course weekly and facilitated to organize the football matches between the company and customers as well as annual football tournaments, which helps us improve health, relax after working time and enhance spirit of cohesion among colleagues and departments.Thanks for giving us the opportunity to balance my work and personal passion.
