Job description:
- This position will lead and direct all activites of team including investment implementation, production/quality improvement and tools care
- Make, manage and execute action plan based on Section's targets
- Perform works relating to investment/ analysis / design / improvement based on action plan.
- Analyze, improve and handle equipment incidents and complaints
- Manage tools care
- Manage equipment expenses and labor cost
- Apply and test new products/ new equipment/ new materials.
- Establish and revise production process management conditions
- Repair unsafety points and do environment improvement based on EHS's safety and environmental plan
- Propose improvement for increase of quality, productivity, work efficiency with cost down orientation
- Responsible for training and development of operators within the area of responsibility and disciplinary management of all operators in the team
- Black-belt for equipment and improvement
Requirement:
- Graduated from University with major in Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical Manufacturing
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, responsible.
- English is an advantage
- More than 4 year-experience
- Be trained in Bac Ninh for 2 first years
- Going business is possible during working
